Pynn's Brook, NL. Welcome to the District of Pynn’s Brook. Pynn's Brook is a small settlement located between Deer Lake and Pasadena in the province of Newfoundland, Canada. Stats Canada 2011. Census reports a population of just over 100 residents. Currently there are approximately 50 dwelling units in the area. In 1935 Newfoundland's Grand Banks Site. Reports the census as only two families living in the area. Currently there are several local businesses in the area, including Newfoundland Flagstone.
