It reads "Atomic, Glaskin Mfg, Pat Pending". 673 Fire truck control panel. Though commonly known as a fire truck, this vehicle is actually a quint. The names refers to the five functions it provides: pump, water tank, fire hose, aerial device, and ground ladders. Probably either a 60 or 75 foot ladder. This is the panel on the other side.
