We had Asher's baby blessing June 28. We just had a few people over and had it at home. We sure love our sweet Asher. I'm a little late posting this, but here is one month Asher! 11 pounds 7 ounces, 22.25 inches long. You are just starting to coo back when we coo at you. You sleep longer stretches at night. Sometimes as long as 7 hours! Filed in: Monthly Asher. Here he is brand new! With little swollen purple lips. Poor little peanut was also under the bilirubin lights. He looks pretty cozy though:.

We're coming to America. Our last day in Vancouver we hung out at the RV resort as long as we could. We took showers, charged the electronics, watched a movie and enjoyed AC one last time before taking off. We attended church in downtown Vancouver and headed for the border. Just outside of Missoula is the country’s largest smokejumping base. Smoke jumpers are the guys that go to a wild fire first off if its in a remote area. This is after the forest service has decided that they want to contain the fire. So they fly out to the fire and jump out of the plane with all their gear and basically dig trenches to keep the fire from spreading. Crazy work!
