In Thailand I think they tried vaccinating the birds, but not everywhere has the money and/or desire to do so. It probably also isn't a failsafe way of preventing the spread. All the news that's unfit to print! Human trafficers abandoned a ship full of teenagers, mothers, and children in the ocean off of Costa Rica. Amazingly, their message in a bottle was intercepted. And emergency supplies and personel have been dispatched to help them. The migrants are now on the island and awaiting the arrival of a ship with food and medical supplies. .
