Escape the heat of Bakersfield and travel with me, if you will, to a cabin in the woods with good friends, beautiful scenery, and plenty of photo opportunities:. The Outhouse (there was a bathroom inside the cabin, too):. And the door that leads to nowhere (or a pretty nasty sprained ankle):. The women.and some sort of feline thingy:. Ooh, a free ride! Hey, look over here":. Artsy shot.of pine needles:.

The posts with the mosts. That's right, baby. Friday, April 25, 2008. The stuff a photog's dreams are made of. So now I've got a wish list of the Canon equipment I'd like to own one day.feel free to drool with me, ye photog-o-philes! Decided on the 40D because of what I've heard about the balance, the greater ISO range, the better auto-focusing, the higher continuous shooting speed, etc., etc., and blah blah blah). Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM standard zoom lens. Supposed to be a great walk-around lens.

The posts with the mosts. That's right, baby. Friday, January 9, 2009. The people of Denver, CO - Winter 2008 / 2009. I've decided to break my Denver, CO posts into two parts: "The people of.", and "The places of.", simply because I only felt like processing and posting the people pictures in this go-around. I'll get around to posting the "places of." at a later time, when I remember how to stitch together photographs for a panoramic shot. Remember, you can click on each picture for a larger view. Lovely...
