Vasudevan Pillai BIJU 教授. 根本 知己 センター長 教授. 小松﨑 民樹 室長 教授. 上野 貢生 副室長 准教授. 松尾 保孝 室長 准教授. 室温で赤外線透過率と導電率を同時に制御可能な全固体薄膜デバイスを実現 —スマートウィンドゥ実現に向けて大きく前進—: 薄膜機能材料研究分野. は 68°Cで単斜晶⇔正方晶の構造相転移を伴う金属 絶縁体転移と同時に赤外線透過率のみが大幅に減少するサーモクロミック材料として知られています。 本成果は、本研究所 薄膜機能材料研究分野の片瀬貴義 助教、太田裕道 教授と東京大学 総合研究機構の藤平哲也 助教、幾原雄一 教授との共同研究によって得られたものです。 また、本研究成果の一部は、JSPS科学研究費基盤研究(A)(課題番号 25246023)、若手研究(A)(課題番号 15H05543)、及び新学術領域研究 ナノ構造情報 (課題番号 25106007)のサポートを受けて実施したものです。
