August 2, 2008. 8212; by quacklady @ 8:04 am. One time Mary Todd asked Abe to bring home some meat. He came home mid-day with a colleague to drop the meat off and it wasn’t the cut of meat that Mary had requested. Mary slapped him across the face. She abused him a lot. Remember the time she hit him across the face with a log. He had to appear in court the next day (this was during his lawyer days) and he had a gigantic injury to his nose and everyone wondered what had happened. The cheese isn’t free.

October 28, 2008. 8212; by quacklady @ 3:10 pm. Today my team teacher came in to tell me that one of her students suddenly fell to the rug, screaming and crying and was unable to get up. She called for the school nurse to hurry down and the (male) student was carted away in a wheelchair. Apparently he had banged his weiner on a bookcase. Soak the front of his shirt and even peed in his own face and right in his eye. I think my weiner story wins. But it’s a toss up. October 25, 2008. October 18, 2008.

Even more delicious warm with vanilla ice-cream and homemade hot fudge (we were all out! And the proof is in the pudding! I made these last night after dinner and 3/4 of the pan is now empty! Way more encouraging results than the cinnamon toast cupcakes (which are still in the refrigerator! I think it’s a keeper for my dessert cart! See you outside of the park. Me: Yum...
