No Bypass at Quaker Knob
This site is dedicated to preserving the peace and tranquility of the Quaker Knob and Stone Dam Rd. area from the proposed TDOT bypass around the 11E bypass. TDOT surveyed the existing 11E bypass and found that there was congestion. The TDOT survey found that approximately 26,000 vehicles traveled through Greeneville per day. With imput from local government, TDOT came up with a plan to put a bypass around the existing 11E bypass. Here is a link to the TDOT website with a PDF map of the Alternate plans.
