January 8, 2009 • 4:13 pm. I fell in love with the mittens Bella wore in Twilight, and after a few failed attempts, I think I got them pretty darn close to perfect. Not to knock other patterns that have already been finished and released, but these mittens are the most like Bella’s that I’ve seen. Brilliant Thoughts from Breana. Thursday, January 8, 2009. Well, my new computer should be arriving today! I can't wait to get it set up and start customizing it the way I like it. I am still slightly bummed that I ruined my one-year-old pink Dell laptop by spilling a full cup of coffee on the keyboard! Sigh Oh, well, I guess accidents happen, but I hate to start the New Year off with a $1,000 mistake! Anyway, my BRAND NEW computer is a desktop with a flat screen monitor and wireless keyboard and mouse!

Mishima Beef at the basement grocery store in Takashimaya. Just stunning quality here. The ulitmate insult - I found this piece of superb quality beef at a convenience store!

Chances are that you, like me, probably haven't had the chance to eat at The French Laundry. For those of you living in a cave somewhere, I'll simply say that TFL, under the helm of celebrated chef Thomas Keller. I recently picked up Keller's French Laundry Cookbook. Why not take it all the way to the office cafeteria? I intended to do just that.
