QUB Express and Fitness share a codebase. They're based on Python. With some custom C/C libraries which depend on boost. QUB Express Programming Reference. Browse the source here. Plugin examples are included in the source. Git clone http:/ www.qub.buffalo.edu/qub-express.git. Mac OS X build instructions. A source zipfile is available on the download page. To build the app and libraries, you'll need Delphi 5, Visual Studio 2003, python 2.5, Python4Delphi, win32com, numpy, scipy and nsis.

Choose a file tab-delimited text file, or enter "A" data series in the table above. For each point x, find the centroid which is closest to x. Associate x with this centroid. Re-estimate centroid locations by taking, for each centroid, the center of mass of points associated with it. The K-Means algorithm is known to converge to a local minimum of the distortion measure (that is, average squared distance from points to their class centroids. Pelleg and Moore, 2000). If it's unreliable, increase "Trials/K".
