Chronicles of Po-Ho: Florida 2013
http://po-ho.blogspot.com/2013/02/florida-2013.html
Monday, February 18, 2013. Our third trip to Little Gasparilla Island was just as dreamy at the last two. I don't know why we only stay for a week each year! We rented two houses, one for our family and one for Sarah's, a few houses apart. It was magical, beautiful and brain-relaxing. When there's nothing to do but dig, walk and search for shells for a week, it slows things down dramatically. Namely blood-pressure. I matters not. We had a great couple bonus days. The Lowry Park Zoo, in Tampa, was the sle...

Capital Mummy: Sorry, sorry, sorry...
http://chuckwagonsworld.blogspot.com/2010/08/sorry-sorry-sorry.html
Monday, August 09, 2010. Sorry, sorry, sorry. I am moving after all! The last week has been packing, cleaning, organizing and running a garage sale and hosting a going away party for 40. Forgive the lack o' posts. I leave for good a week today, so not much time for blogging and taking pictures. I managed to get these ones the other day when the boys were laughing, rocking and taking apart chair cushions. Or, should I say, 'cute' until Charley turns into a piggy-pirate. "Oink, mateys! Capital Mummy: Doesn't this just make you tired??
http://chuckwagonsworld.blogspot.com/2010/07/doesnt-this-just-make-you-tired.html
Wednesday, July 28, 2010. Doesn't this just make you tired? It's a million degrees and these crazy kids just want to jump off ye olde vintage couch onto the beanbag chair. It's now a dare-devil sport where they see how far away they can move the chair and still land on it. Good times. Also: Sam hasn't actually turned into a eunuch-ed Ken-doll.I was just protecting his shame, after shaming him with the hair-do photos. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Small Town, Canada. http://po-ho.blogspot.com/2013/03/new-york-meet-my-kids.html
Sunday, March 17, 2013. This was, seriously, one of the best days ever. I'll never forget acquainting these parties for the first time. Can't wait for our next family trip to NYC. Chronicles of Po-Ho: It's the most wonderful bowl of the year!
http://po-ho.blogspot.com/2013/02/its-most-wonderful-bowl-of-year.html
Thursday, February 21, 2013. It's the most wonderful bowl of the year! It's that wonderful, magical day when we all get to see how the little man has grown! Yep, Charley's birthday is upon us again. Number 7. I can't begin to explain where the years have gone. As always, I'll start the photos with the shot from his first week, when he was actually using the bowl as a bath tub. Hard to imagine, looking at him today. Happy 7th birthday Charley! A SEVEN YEAR OLD BOY! How does this happen?

Chronicles of Po-Ho: You know who gets no love at all?
http://po-ho.blogspot.com/2013/04/you-know-who-gets-no-love-at-all.html
Wednesday, April 3, 2013. You know who gets no love at all? Kismet is 9 (! Years old now. We got her from the humane society as a puppy. She was neglected, matted, emaciated and had no idea how to be a dog. She has become the best dog anyone could ever hope for. She's infinitely patient with kids. She's not destructive or messy. She's a great hot-water bottle alternative. She's almost cute and not-quite smart, but oh-so loving. I hope she lives for another healthful 9 years. View my complete profile.

Chronicles of Po-Ho: A very, very proud parenting moment
http://po-ho.blogspot.com/2013/04/a-very-very-proud-parenting-moment.html
Thursday, April 18, 2013. A very, very proud parenting moment. I won't lie to you. When Sam handed me these drawings tonight, I thought "I doing a great job! If you don't know what this is referencing, run (don't walk) to watch all the Studio Ghibli movies, such as My Neighbor Totoro. 5 years old and he already has great taste in film. Sigh. My heart swells. A special nod to Martina, who knows exactly why this is just about the best thing ever. April 20, 2013 at 11:36 PM. Nice work Sam (and Lee)!
