I know you’re supposed to live in the moment, but here is a list of things that I would like to accomplish before I die. They change/multiply every 5 minutes. 1 attend Le Cordon Bleu culinary school AND receive the Grand Diploma in Cuisine and Pattisiere (and/or the Culinary Institute of America in New York…I haven’t yet decided). 2 volunteer at the Aviaros Sloth Sanctuary in Costa Rica.

Last night I got to go to a concert at the gorgeous Red Rocks Amphitheater with a friend of mine to see a bunch of country/western Texas bands. I had, prior to this, never heard of any of them but was totally excited to go. Red Rocks is beautiful and I love me some cowboy hats! Beautiful view of downtown Denver. Packed crowd and lots of cowboy hats!

Tirsdag, august 5. Dukkehjemmet - mit eget bibliotek. Så er jeg endelig kommet på plads og min nye bolig begynder at føles som et hjem. Da alt var læsset af her, var jeg altså MEGET i tvivl om jeg ville skulle igennem en halveringsrunde mere eller om jeg måske bare skulle acceptere, at jeg ville komme til at sove på terrassen i den tid, jeg kommer til at bo her.
