Quest For New Lease on Life. The HIGHS and lows of getting Healthy! June 30, 2014. I can’t help but feel like I’ll never have kids. Honestly feel like I’m already starting to go through menopause and it breaks my heart all I’ve ever wanted to be was a mom and I feel like it’s never going to happen now. Quest For New Lease on Life. The HIGHS and lows of getting Healthy! April 15, 2013. Switching insurance wasn’t such a bad thing after all. I re-submitted to have the panniculectomy prior to the gasric bypass and I was APPROVED! I got the Friday but my phone died. I called today though and my pre-op appointment is set for May 7th and the surgery is for May 16th, though it may be re-scheduled for May 9th. Please keep me in prayers as I take this next step to a new healthier, happier me! Love to you all!

But I got in while mom was standing by in case I fell or whatever. Then I showered. Reaching over my head to wash my hair added a little bit of discomfort but it felt great to take a shower!
