Sunday, April 29, 2012. My husband is that flame.We all need at least one person who can spark a positive note in any project. One negative person can put out the spark. I attempted to be more supportive to the people, and to be the 'flame' for the people I am in most contact. co-workers. I still got sucked into the negativity, but tried to diffuse it. Saturday, May 12, 2012. How to Choose Change. My positive for the day is that I was offered a Management Position for a competitive hospice that I am presently working. I am most thankful for that. I have the opportunity to basically make the branch run the way I want.this is what I have been looking for, as a matter of fact been praying for. We all know change is very difficult for most people and i am no different. This will be a great change for my career, and a wonderful opportunity.
