An ultra short race pace experiment and lifestyle. Getting After it – 3 solid days of training. Thursday (w/ BS and TO). 4×50 D/S (:50). 4×50 descend 1-4 (1:00). Set 1 (600 200 EZ). 12×50 (1:00) @ 100 pace, done as:. 3 FAST/1 EZ (3 sets total). BS, TO and I all did freestyle (couldn’t tell you who won any of these 50s, all were within tenths/hundreths of each eachother). BS: :25 high/26.0, :25 mid, :25 mid. Thursday, August 13, 2009. People who play a game with extensive knowledge about the game itself but not necessarily from the game ruins the game for everybody. As soon as there's a new quest or new monster of significant difficulty most slackers sit out until the brave and trying players figure out how to make it and create some sort of guide for it.
