Week 19.1 – David – How to take the exams. July 10, 2010 by. David L. King. After taking the EVM exam, I realized I was taking the exam a lot differently than everyone else. The difference between me and everyone else is, I had spare time at the end of every section, and I finished every section. Here is what I did differently:. 1) I went through the test 3 times. 2) On pass 1, I answered all the easy questions, or questions I was 100% sure of. Morale of the story: Take the test smarter, not harder!

So we changed things up and decided to make it an auto tour. I had downloaded the tour onto my iPod and instead of using headphones, we listened to it in the car.
