Sunday, May 4, 2014. PCD has moved to MN Canoeing! The Quetico Paddler's Campsite Database (PCD) has moved to MN Canoeing! For the last decade, the PCD has been the. Place to go for Quetico campsite information. It has over 1,200 campsite ratings for the Quetico. Dr. J. Archer Harris asked if I would like to take over the PCD and move everything over to MN Canoeing. Of course I accepted! This is a great opportunity, and I am honored to be chosen to carry on the work. So I have to thank all of them.
