Quietly Askew | words, words, words
Home Again, Home Again, Jiggety-Jig. I decided about three weeks ago that I couldn’t continue living the way I was. I pulled myself out of my stupor and became proactive. I put it out to the universe that I needed a new job. Then I got to work. I sent him my resume and talks commenced. The position was for high school English, but required a reading endorsement, so I wasn’t qualified for it. My former principal told me that he’d continue working on finding a job for me. I feel like I am going home again.

Art hope. fashion. love. beauty. freedom. finance. peace. life. Hair Inspirations: Box Braids. July 18, 2012. Im seriously loving box braids right now and no not because Beyonce was spotted in rocking her’s in a posh blonde. I just think they are perfect for this heat. 🔥🔥🔥 Too bad I just cut my hair off, due to me damaging it, but I will definitely use this as a transition style. I absolutely love when they are put into a huge bun. Bebe and Cece Winans- “Close to You”. July 18, 2012. June 26, 2012.

Monday, July 07, 2008. Biofuels: It seemed like a good idea at the time. I’m sad about biofuels. It just sounded like such a great idea didn’t it? We don’t need to dig oil out of the ground, let’s grow it instead! Plants could be a renewable source of energy, hooray! I also got excited at university about the prospect of freakish plastic-producing GM crops – fields growing yoghurt pot ingredients instead of big horrible polluting factories.). But the flaws with biofuels are becoming too big to ignore.
