I didn't sleep very well last night - so I'm tired (I could fall asleep right now). Mom is reading, I'm watching Good Morning America and am feeling very blessed that I don't live in Haiti. Friday, April 9, 2010. March was a fun filled month for us. Chris's parents and sister came to visit us for a few days. We were able to visit Kirtland and also celebrate Chris's 31st birthday. We have really loved the zoo and we loved a little break in the frigid cold weather to be outside for awhile. Sadly it is freezing again. Monday, July 5, 2010. Trip to Utah in May. In May we had a great in Utah. This trip I was able to meet up with a great friend from High school. She has a daughter the same age as Laura as well as two other very cute kids. We had a great time catching up. We love spending time with Aunts, Uncle's and cousin's. We love playing with cousins, at a park. We love our Buckeye fan cousins! We love mother's Day with Nana. We love Rock climbing at City of Rocks. WE love our Uncle that helps the little climb too.

It's What I Do. Tuesday, 30 June 2015. This is the finished quilt ready for its hanging sleeve. It all began with humble beginnings on a weekend retreat. Up until then it was just a drawing I'd done in Touch Draw on my iPad. I love that app. As you can see, it was put together bit by bit using a quilt as you go method. I also love QAYG. Often, a round was pieced first, then added, following basically a log cabin construction. I also love log cabin in all its beautiful variations. Links to this post.
