I have finally given in to the many years of prodding from my dh - I've planted a garden. Quiltn in Wilton: Stash Report

http://quiltninwilton.blogspot.com/2014/05/stash-report.html

Sunday, May 11, 2014. Lots of stash movement this week. Notre Dame quilt finally done done (as they say on Stashbusters). I never counted any of the fabric in that quilt so it is a total of front, back and binding. I try to include stash usages after a top is finished but that didn't happen with this quilt. Dad's Memorial quilt also finally done done. Backing and binding in this report. Green charity RSC quilt top finished. I also ordered some fabric to be used as borders with a fat quarter bundle I have.

Quiltn in Wilton: Scrap Happy RSC - May

http://quiltninwilton.blogspot.com/2014/06/scrap-happy-rsc-may.html

Sunday, June 1, 2014. Scrap Happy RSC - May. A day late and a dollar short but I did get my green projects completed.and then some. I overzealously cut green 1 1/2" squares so I ended up with two sets of bags for my Christmas gifting. Not a problem at all as I can use every giftie I have come Christmas time. I also got the green four patch quilt completed - quilted, bound and gifted. It is going to be used at a local camp to keep the guests warm at night. June 1, 2014 at 5:06 PM. Quiltn in Wilton: May goals

http://quiltninwilton.blogspot.com/2014/05/may-goals.html

Monday, May 5, 2014. The past week I FINALLY got the Notre Dame quilt off of the long arm. I am unhappy with myself for the quilting design that I chose but I am thrilled to death that it is done. I got the idea for this quilt design from Mollie (Mary) Johnson at Making Scrap Quilts. I used smaller nine patches but the idea is the same. Notre Dame quilt top - bind. Dad's memorial quilt - quilt and bind. Quilt Beyond Borders - 2 tops quilted. Rainbow Scrap Challenge - two green bags. May 5, 2014 at 4:46 PM.

Handmade All Around: Scrappy Quilt and Juki

http://handmadeallaround.blogspot.com/2014/01/scrappy-quilt-and-juki.html

Monday, January 6, 2014. Scrappy Quilt and Juki. This was the first project that I quilted on my fabulous new Juki 2010Q, what can I say except LOVE! I had read about the Juki, and for the price decided to go for it. I didn't have one problem the entire quilt, no re threading, or nests. It just hums along. Wow, its just amazing. Here she is in her glory. It is a real treat to have two machines, they each serve different needs, and I'll be getting lots of use out of both of them. First, I love that quilt!

Zondag 21 juni 2015.

Quilt Ninja

Monday, April 1, 2013. I Haven't Updated in Foreeeever. So, this year I've finished one quilt before the local quilt show. One. And I gave it to my brother. That means there will be no quilts from me. However, I have started a block of the month over on Wired. And then the GeekMom blog moved off of Wired, so I'm not sure what will happen with those links. The new pattern will have to go on the GeekMom.com site. Meanwhile, my daughter made the most gorgeous quilt for the show:. Wednesday, September 5, 2012.

She is making a remarkable recovery, indeed. News from the Studio. I call the quilting pattern “hooked feathers” and it is done free-motion (no pantograph). DO "wash" batt...
