TNArmyWife: April 2012
http://tnarmywife.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 21, 2012. Good Friday Cragwall Celebration. We played for a bit before eating and then sat down for our meal together. Afterwards, the cousins did an egg hunt and had a blast finding them! Grandmommy and Aunt Jamie singing a song Ellie really liked. We played a little more and then opened special Easter presents from Grandmommy and Grandaddy. Each of the grandkids got some great treats - very thoughtful! It was a fun outing with the family. Definitely a great way to start the Easter.

http://tnarmywife.blogspot.com/2012/05/easter-sunday-2012.html
Friday, May 4, 2012. This was the first year that I could teach Ellie more about what Easter truly meant. She is still a little too young to get it, but I was able to start the foundation of why we celebrate Jesus on that day. We started the morning with Ellie getting her treats from the Easter Bunny. Adventurous Ellie climbing up and going down the slide. Ellie, Kinsley and Selah comparing their eggs. Geddes Tradition from Mexico at Easter Time. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Tuesday, July 19, 2011. A Quick Trip to Nashville. While Jesse is home, we decided to take a quick trip over to Nashville so he could see some of his extended family and some friends. Our first stop was dinner with Bill (Poppi) and Cindy (Pippa) Mason. Ellie got spoiled with some new toys and had fun climbing in chairs and. Jesse was also able to visit his grandfather's grave (his dad's dad) since he was unable to make the funeral in April. We met Uncle Jeff (Jesse's dad's brother) for a lunch visit ...

Friday, March 23, 2012. Cragwall St. Patty's Day Party. One of my favorite get togethers with Jesse's family is on St. Patrick's Day. Since Jesse's mother's family has an Irish heritage, this is one of her favorite holiday's to celebrate and she goes ALL OUT! Each year, she makes a slammin' corned beef, cabbage and potatoes meal (my favorite thing she makes) and then, the leprechan's always leave green treats for the kids. The treats usually end up being a random assortment, but everything is green!
