Baywood Yarns: Denny's Scarf
http://baywoodyarns.blogspot.com/2008/04/dennys-scarf.html
Web presence of Baywood Yarns, a small artisan hand-dyed yarn company. Wednesday, April 16, 2008. Denny Stein emailed me photos of a gorgeous, simple scarf. She wrote:. Here's the close-up of her excellent stitch work - very even, especially for silk! I think a lacy scarf would be lovely, and I have a tiny ball left that I was thinking of knitting up on large needles, with about 10 stitches to a row, just to see what it looked like.". Thanks for sending the photos, Denny! ABCs of Creative Pursuits.

Web presence of Baywood Yarns, a small artisan hand-dyed yarn company. Monday, October 8, 2007. Summer Sunset has been delivered! A big batch of Luxury Sock and Shawl in Summer Sunset has been delivered to Nine Rubies. And, as a bonus, I also made six skeins of this:. That's Summer Sunset in Superwash Sock yarn. The colors are much more vibrant than in the merino-silk blend - I love how it turned out! While I was dyeing, I also made some Cashmere:. This is Jocelyn's Red. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://baywoodyarns.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html
Web presence of Baywood Yarns, a small artisan hand-dyed yarn company. Monday, December 10, 2007. New Shades of Sock Yarn. It was a busy weekend at the dye-pot a couple of weeks ago, and here are the dividends! First, some Pearly Twist in Tropical Green. Add to that a bit more Pearly Twist Sock Yarn in Tahoe Blue. And finally, some Superwash Sock in Mallard. No, that wasn't Sea Otter. Mallard has more green, and no brown. This is Sea Otter. The new yarns will be at Nine Rubies. Be sure to tell Karen!
Baywood Yarns: July 2009
http://baywoodyarns.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Web presence of Baywood Yarns, a small artisan hand-dyed yarn company. Monday, July 27, 2009. New - Superwash Worsted. I have been dyeing some Superwash Worsted for a few months, with great reviews! It is a nice yarn for kids' projects and other things you want to toss in the wash, but it's soft enough to enjoy for yourself too. Most of it has been dyed in semisolids, such as Tahoe Blue. After a long hiatus, Chocolate Cherries is back, in Pearly Twist Sock Yarn. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
