Constance tried out my favourite berry recipe, using the results of the recent blackberrying expedition! She and Min gave it the necessary taste test! And pronounced it divine! We make Berry Cream with two cups of water, half a cup of sugar, and use potato starch, and whatever berries are around at the time. We eat it usually for breakfast with yoghurt and muesli, but it is delicious on top of ice cream! The recipe can be found in the red cloth cover cookbook from 1946 called. August 12, 2015 at 2:50 pm.
