We are currently living in Boston while Dan is going to school to get his MBA and Masters of Engineering degrees. It is an intense program at MIT and I have become a mostly-single mom. After we had spent most of the day looking at destruction we decided it was time to do something constructive. So I suggested we try make these biscotti I had seen a recipe for in a new cook book I had just received. Monday, July 21, 2008. WELCOME ELLA KATE CARROLL. Friday night Brittany and George welcomed Ella Kate Carroll into this world. What a beautiful little girl! She has dark hair and long fingers and toes (not a mangus girls trait! I think she looks a lot like George and Collin, but that can always change as they grow.
