Saturday, December 28, 2013. We made it to 2014;-). I am very grateful to be the mother of these three amazing souls and I pray that I will be granted the blessing of seeing them grow and begin to realize their dreams. Together, Quinn and I have grown closer this year as we have worked together in our home. We have learned plenty about patience and relying on each other as we have juggled our weekly schedules of work, school, household chores, church service, appointments, and good old fashioned fun.

Saturday, July 5, 2014. This was the reunion to end all reunions! We had so much fun! There was jet skiing, boating, and tubing. There were super heroes, crafts, puppet shows, and relay races. There were vows renewed, fireworks, flower girl princesses, fishing, charades, and all kinds of shenanigans! Tyler LOVED the water! He would happily have stayed out on the waves all day long:-). Wednesday, January 15, 2014. Quinn traveled to India for work this year and had a wonderful getting to know his coworkers and experiencing the Indian Culture:-). Wednesday, January 1, 2014. New Year's Eve 2014. Belle and I drove down to Virginia to celebrate New Year's Eve with my family- our boys stayed home this time. We had a blast on our Mother/Daughter Adventure! Papa blasted off some CRAZY fireworks. And my New Year's kiss happened over the phone;-). The shenanigans continued late into the night.

Thursday, October 31, 2013. We had a fun Halloween this year! We went to IHOP for lunch and the kids got free scary face pancakes, then we got to watch Douglas' Halloween parade at preschool. We had mummy hotdogs and Halloween jello jigglers for dinner before heading out trick-or treating. Here's Douglas' preschool class:. And apparently, something worked because I scheduled an appointment on Thursday to tell the doctor I really, really didn't want a c-section and Gracie was head down again. The doctor told me just to keep her head down (really- how was I supposed to do that? She was born at 1:50 Monday morning! Savana was first and she was pretty good, but wanted to keep walking off the stage! We sat her down she would stand up. Just funny!
