She moved to Lisbon when she was only 12 but she kept going back to Algarve, especially during holidays. And so did I. In some occasion, my grandfather turned to one of my cousins, put his hand on my cousins head and said "ah, you are a Cochicho". Portuguese doctors are in general very good, but there is lack of doctors, lack of equipment, lack of hospitals, lack of medication. Difficult to get or non existing dentists or ophtalmologists, you have to go private. The private health insurance is filling up their pockets with the existing weaknesses in our health system. We have had Linda and Andy, a wonderful Irish couple that I appreciated a lot and who helped us as much as they could to go forward! Hopefuly they will be back some time next year! Besides, it is now getting cold down in the Algarve. But even like this, the sun shines almost everyday and it can be quite warm during the day.

He fixed the chicken house so we all went to the market to get some baby chicken. Ines and Keyra were of course ver happy with this. Hopefully we will have fresh eggs in some months.
