Trini Green Mango Chutney. 8226; 5 green mangoes (can substitute green golden apples). 8226; Ghee or vegetable oil. 8226; 2 tbls chopped garlic. 8226; 2 handfulls of brown sugar. 8226; 2 tabls of black amchar massala. 8226; Hot pepper sauce to taste. Many thanks to Grace and Gary for showing me how to prepare authentic Trini Rotis. Roti Dough (for 15 roti). 8226; 2 ½ lbs Flour. 8226; 2 ½ tbls Baking Powder. 8226; 2 tbls Oil.
