Trini Green Mango Chutney. 8226; 5 green mangoes (can substitute green golden apples). 8226; Ghee or vegetable oil. 8226; 2 tbls chopped garlic. 8226; 2 handfulls of brown sugar. 8226; 2 tabls of black amchar massala. 8226; Hot pepper sauce to taste. Many thanks to Grace and Gary for showing me how to prepare authentic Trini Rotis. Roti Dough (for 15 roti). 8226; 2 ½ lbs Flour. 8226; 2 ½ tbls Baking Powder. 8226; 2 tbls Oil. Monday, September 7, 2009. The One Dollar Breakfast, Trini Style. Sada Roti and Baigan Takeaway Breakfast. This morning Robert and I stumbled off the boat and walked about 50 yards to breakfast. Sunday, June 15, 2008. Should be on your list of restaurants you just gotta visit. Firstly it is BYOB. The seafood is fresh, excellently prepared and presented. The service excellent with bright, clean decor. Be warned you will find the restaurant busy and they dont take bookings.
