The fun kind of odd. Peanut Butter Banana Bread. April 29, 2016. My husband was particularly fond of this bread. He loves everything chocolate and peanut butter. I lost track of how many pieces he had. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/2 cup butter, soft. 8 oz cream cheese, soft. 1 1/4 cup sugar. 1 cup mashed ripe bananas. 2 1/4 cups flour. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips.
