Washington DC Tour Guide Licence: Part Three - a test date at last. I definitely recommend filing your paperwork in person when getting a DC license. It is so much less stresssful than trying to do it by mail! I was so energized that I visited the National Portrait Gallery and National Museum of American Art until they closed at 7 PM.
