We are more sedentary, we avoid social situations, we may consume high amounts of caffeine, etc. Studies have shown. That we consume higher calorie foods without even realizing it. There are two ways to use the app: 1) periodically in the late afternoon for an hour or two following any rough night of sleep, or 2) for 24 hours, all-night and then all-day, starting and ending at bedtime. Set your alarm clock for short naps? That would work well if only your clock knew when you fell asleep. Ask your spouse to wake you over and over? Not likely to work very well.
