City of Megan: May 2013

Sunday, May 26, 2013. I love that moment when I'm fasting when my stomach decides to rise up and proclaim:. There is nothing in me! You are ridiculously hungry! WHY are you doing this to me? Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I love the rain, dark chocolate, white daffodils (but any flower will do), swimming, reading, movies, music, and long walks especially when they're on the beach. I'm just sayin'. View my complete profile. My Current Read. The Art of Raising a Puppy by The Monks of New Skete. Hoy, sí no.

City of Megan: But if bad luck doesn't exist, then what is this??
http://cityofmegan.blogspot.com/2011/12/but-if-bad-luck-doesnt-exist-then-what.html
Friday, December 23, 2011. But if bad luck doesn't exist, then what is this? It's the day before Christmas Eve and instead of blogging about the show I was in ("A Christmas Carol") or the fact I miss my family and am all alone in Washington, I am going to share with you a true story that happened this evening in an attempt for sympathy. This may also come across as me venting. Take it how you will. You're manager, yes? Or how did it overflow? Please feel bad for me. Merry Christmas. So sorry, Megan!

City of Megan: Remember when my kitchen wall was on fire?
http://cityofmegan.blogspot.com/2012/04/remember-when-my-kitchen-wall-was-on.html
Tuesday, April 24, 2012. Remember when my kitchen wall was on fire? All I wanted was some tea. Today was not my day. Well, to paraphrase Ralphie Wiggum. it smells like burning. Oh, I’m so sorry about your oven mitt. My wife felt the same when we had to dispose of ours because of old age. Anyway, glad to hear that the damage was not that serious. If you didn’t notice the fire, it could have been worse. Have you checked it for smoke damage? May 10, 2013 at 12:29 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

Sweet Peas: Four Eyes
http://daviesfamblog.blogspot.com/2012/06/four-eyes.html
Wednesday, June 20, 2012. I got a call from Tressa's teacher one Friday afternoon. She told me that Tressa had been complaining that things were "blurry." I had already been at the school earlier that morning to pick up Whitney, who was sick, so I thought T was just getting sick and not feeling well. So over the next few weeks we'd jokingly ask Tressa "how many fingers am I holding up? Kalvin, Tressa, Whitney and I are the proud owners of some new specs. Cassidy escaped with perfect vision. Hmmmm.

City of Megan: August 2010
http://cityofmegan.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 7, 2010. Well hello peoples. It's been a bit too long since I've written, so shame on me for not keeping my New Year's resolution. But that doesn't mean I'm throwing the towel in! Photo by M. Worthen (Aki at Uncle Oliver's Pool). So here I am. In the Hamptons. At the pool everyday, playing with children, learning French, teaching them English. I miss Washington, but I am definitely NOT complaining. À toute à l'heure! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. Hoy, sí no.
