Wednesday, June 30, 2010. To conclude I will miss Ecuador. I know we still have a little time left but the time has flown by and I have just learned so much. This has been an amazing experience and definitely something that I will never ever forget. Sunday, June 27, 2010. Today was our last this year at Emaus. We carry each other in our hearts at all times, but distance makes us two physically. Last night, our hostel hosts Libby and Jeff made us a delicious dinner of spaghetti, tossed salad, fresh bread and a wonderful dessert, all washed down with sweet iced tea or fresh-squeezed limeade.
