Jet's Thoughts: Mother and Child
http://jetism.blogspot.com/2011/05/mother-and-child.html
Sunday, May 08, 2011. The child, arms wrapped around. His mother's waist, dozes off. As she pedals her bicycle. Under the torrid sun. One arm protects her precious jewel,. The other navigates,. Her shirt soaked by torrents of sweat. That roll down to cool her child's face. Legs dangling on each side of the wheel,. Occasionally grazed by its spokes,. The child snuggles restlessly behind,. Face pressed against the warmth of mother's back. The mother pushes her bicycle,. With a final reservoir of energy,.

Jet's Thoughts: October 2010
http://jetism.blogspot.com/2010_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 23, 2010. Day in and day out. Bicker then as bicker now. Tiny things make her shout. Little things make him crow. Yet night brings a kiss. And morning, a kiss too. With him gone, she will miss. When they meet, a hug or two. Posted by John E. Tran. Friday, October 22, 2010. Mind and Body in Chunks of Twenties. This realization has caused me to come up with a theory (a non-scientific one at that, but one that I hope sounds plausible at the very least). Posted by John E. Tran.

Jet's Thoughts: March 2010

Saturday, March 06, 2010. Through your eyes, I see my future. Through your ears, sounds of joy. When you smile, elations endure. When you frown, I feel strife. From your heartbeat, endless hope. From your breath, a breeze of life. Posted by John E. Tran. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). John E. Tran. View my complete profile.

And put it in the trash can. You're on the way to a barbeque. But forgot to bring a fork. And use it when you get there. But don't just stand there. Jet's Thoughts: July 2012
http://jetism.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 05, 2012. The way I see it, anger consists of two components: the destructive force and the constructive force. The constructive energy of anger is what has allowed many an anguished employee to become entrepreneurs and make a future that they can control, and many a great leader to change the world. The challenge is how to make the constructive overcome the destructive. It is tough. I am as guilty of allowing the destructive energy overtake the constructive energy as anyone else.

Jet's Thoughts: Too Long
http://jetism.blogspot.com/2015/04/too-long.html
Sunday, April 26, 2015. A friend of mine just chatted with me about her blogging experience and how she would like to start another blog. This chat has brought me back to my own blog here, which I have left without an entry for almost three years. But coming back here has re-ignited my interest in writing. Looking back at my past entries, I now wonder, "what the heck was I thinking? A modern proverbial LOL. So, with this post, I hope to give this passion of mine a reboot. Posted by John E. Tran.

Jet's Thoughts: May 2009
http://jetism.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
Saturday, May 16, 2009. There have been moments in my life when I felt a sudden disconnectedness, as if I was outside looking at myself. It was as if there was a sudden realization of my place in existence. The feeling was strange and lonely. It made me want to go and immediately hug everyone around me. Luckily, I snapped out of it in a flash. Was I going crazy? Posted by John E. Tran. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). John E. Tran. View my complete profile.

Friday, January 30, 2009. Of course I can think of a bunch. Although, I never dwell on them. The fact of the matter is that there are so many paths in life, so many cross-roads, so many decisions, so many circumstances, and so forth. How can one expect to make perfect decisions all of the time? Other thoughts here: Sunday Scribblings. Posted by John E. Tran. Saturday, January 24, 2009. Our Box of Haunting Memories. Our box lies temptingly there. No, I can't. Haunting memories will return. Oh, I must.
