Robyn and Jonathan Run Run Run. Monday, August 24, 2009. I just wanted to post this photo from our trip to Vermont last week. We went for a run on some trails by the Blueberry Hill Inn. It was supposed to be about a 2-mile loop but we took some turns that gave us a little bit extra. We started a training program designed by Hal Higdon. We'll start with the "Novice" 5K training program for the first 7 weeks, then when we're comfortable going 3 miles at a time easily, we'll ratchet it up to the "Novice" half-marathon training program for the next 12 weeks. Robyn and Jonathan Run Run Run. Sunday, June 7, 2009. Good to Be Back. Saturday night was the first Full Moon in June (in Tribune! P So anyhow, she reasoned that we could run partway, and walk the rest, and together with the 2-mile walk we would boost our mileage for the day. (Ann, you see, was under the impression she could not run one mile, let alone 3 or 6, though I knew otherwise. That is her story to tell.). I had to come in just under 1:24! But, next time.5k. Yes.
