Saturday, January 18, 2014. I use an app called myfitnesspal to track my daily caloric intake and track my exercise. My exercise plan is to run, walk, do yoga, and play some basketball. If I find myself getting stuck, I might have to do some Insanity. They're going to offer Zumba and maybe Pilates at school. If I ever have time, I might do those too. Sunday, February 23, 2014. SoI guess i forgot to keep updating. This past week I lost 4 pounds! I also am now again back in the 100's. I need to never be in the 200's again. Boo 200's. I just need to be aware of what I'm eating and keep exercising. I did a circuit workout this afternoon. My arms hurt. It was good though! Great job, Rach! Im so proud of you! Monday, February 03, 2014. I don't remember the exact count. I lost between 1 and 2 pounds last week. I joined a gym today to try some different workouts. I did a circuit and my shoulders are killing me. I hope we are in school for our weigh-in this week! Wish me luck staying strong as I am at home, instead of work.
