Chronicling my life as a toddler. Saturday, December 31, 2011. So tonight was New Year's Eve, and we were invited over to our friends' place to celebrate. I stayed up quite late, and by the time we got home around 9pm, I was so tired Mum couldn't get a single decent picture of me, so you get this mugshot :). Chronicling my life as a toddler. Sunday, July 31, 2011. Today my friend O invited me over for a playdate. Not just any playdate, though, a four-hour playdate that included lunch! We had a great time, we played outside on the swings and slide, ran around and played in the basement, did arts and crafts and playdough and even had a lot of fun with a water table. Chronicling my life as a toddler. Thursday, September 29, 2011. Thursday afternoon at school I have yoga classes. I am very excited about this, and today insisted on bringing my own yoga bag with me. It has a handy bag to make sure it doesn't get wet in the rain! After supper Mum went back to my school for "Curriculum night", to see what I'm going to be learning over this year. I hope she learned a lot :). Wednesday, September 28, 2011. I was so tired once we got home, that I was just ready to go to bed.

Chronicling my life as a toddler. Monday, December 26, 2011. Though it was no fun to be driving in the blowing snow yesterday, it was sure fun to play in it today! We spent most of the day outside, clearing out the driveway, walkway and stairs, building snowmen (a horizontal one from the powdery snow in the morning, and a regular one with the stickier afternoon snow), making snow angels, and also going snow-shoeing. It was my first time on my brand new snow shoes, and I had a great time:. Busy, busy, busy.

Chronicling my life as a toddler. Sunday, December 25, 2011. It was no joke - I got a bunch more presents under the tree at Babcia's place today (after a wonderful brunch). Then we packed up all of our stuff and headed home - in two separate cars. The drive home was a bit harrowing, with lots of traffic and and snow squalls, but we made it home ok.
