Professional Triathlete Paul Eicher. Thursday, January 31, 2013. 2013 has started with a bang in so many ways and so excited for what is to come. Quick update on the racing side for the first month of the year. Started with the New Years day dash took 2nd to a old teammate from high school. Lets put it this way, it was an interesting way to recover from some fun New Years events with friends. A portion of the proceeds from the race went to benefit Huntington's Disease Society of America.

Professional Triathlete Paul Eicher. Sunday, December 7, 2014. Lets chat about taking time off of training. I just did take time off. More time then I have ever taken in the last 9 years. Why you may ask? I will be looking over my 2014 year over the next few weeks as well as looking forward to my 2015 plans. What did I do during my time off? As I write this I am seeing snow fall for the first time of the year. The only reason I am excited about that is because that mean SNOW SHOE RUNNING is upon us!
