Traction Control for your Business. First Tenant: Racetech Steel. Progress Update – May 2011. Work continues on Race Central Eastern Creek as all the major structural concrete is completed and fit out can begin. Plumbing for toilets is in place, and tiling of the wet areas is underway. Electricity has been run to each unit to assit the tradies continue with the fit out. Paint for the exterior has been finalised and painting will commence soon, along with window installations. Progress Update Jul 2011.

Since the last update Race Centrals offices have been fitted out with windows, wet areas, power, comms, air-conditioning and fire sprinkler systems. Externally feature walls have been painted, stairways railed and tiled and the lift has been installed. Looking down at the upper deck towards the west. We’re big fans of racing. All sorts of racing. One of the first Automobile races. In America was in Chicago Illinois in 1895. It was called the Chicago Times-Herald race. Originally it was to take place from Chicago to Milwaukee, but the roads at the time were so terrible that nobody thought that the cars would make it.
