A place for all my bad drawings and paintings. Saturday, January 12, 2013. I was trying to paint brown in the background without using the color but it wasn't very successful. Probably should've started the painting with that in mind instead of deciding half way through. Oh well. Friday, January 11, 2013. It's been awhile since my last update. I like the character and the actress, but I'm pretty ashamed of this painting. No where to go but up at this point I suppose. And then I did this. Without my favorite Sai brush, I was lost and in pain. I got a bunch of new brushes before this painting and it shows. So much shame. I resist the urge to flee back to the comf...The next day ...

I wish I could've spent more time on it, but I do like that it's out of my comfort zone. Hopefully work from 113a, figure drawings, and my winter sketchbook will be coming soon.
