Chilly - weather stated a high of 33 or so for the day. not sure temp @ the start. I had my long underwear, a wool headband (made by my mom last year), and a space blanket. I dropped the blanket. Packet pickup was small and friendly with the race directors phil and stacy and their cute dog charlie. I had considered the dinner, however i was staying in salina, about 45 min away. A few minutes before 6:30am i was parked and in the building. if the car temp was correct it was 34º F. This photo thanks to dick ross @ seekcrun. Ook @ all our cars :). And we were off.
