http://commutingandcartoons.blogspot.com/2014/06/a-long-and-overdue-update.html
Monday, June 23, 2014. A Long and Overdue Update. This update is WAY overdue. I’ve had only one post since the New Year (bad blogger) and to say a lot has happened since Jan 1 would be an understatement. Besides our normal work schedule and holidays, over the past six months we’ve celebrated our birthdays (mine and hubs); Anthony turned six! We’ve been quite the busy family that it’s left me barely any time to catch my breath, let alone time to blog about it all. And on January 6. For now, I’ll lea...

Commuting and Cartoons: My New Venture
http://commutingandcartoons.blogspot.com/2014/07/my-new-venture.html
Monday, July 28, 2014. A little over three months ago I ran out of eye cream. Instead of running out and buying another bottle of what I had been using (which didn’t seem to be making a difference anyway), I decided to take it as an opportunity to seek out other options. My dark circles had started to become embarrassing and I was determined to find a solution. Commuting and Cartoons: A Break from it All
http://commutingandcartoons.blogspot.com/2012/04/break-from-it-all.html
Sunday, April 1, 2012. A Break from it All. It’s started to become an annual tradition to visit my mom in Florida the first week in March. Since my hubby doesn’t get very much vacation time, just A and I fly down and it’s our little vacation together. A mommy and son bonding week. While it now feels like it was 6 months ago rather than 3 weeks ago, we had a great time soaking in the sun. Last year A was so afraid of the water, both the ocean and the pool. Boy, what a difference a year makes. DoTerra Busi...

Commuting and Cartoons: This one’s for you Daddy
http://commutingandcartoons.blogspot.com/2011/01/this-ones-for-you-daddy.html
Saturday, January 15, 2011. This one’s for you Daddy. 17 years ago my life was forever changed. Despite the love and son god has given me, the hole in my heart will always be there. He missed me graduating high school, graduating college, getting married and having a child. But what I miss the most is the thought of him meeting my son and A getting to know him. I know the two of them would have been best buds. And yes, I had big hair in the 80's and early 90's so no snickering). Our first picture together.
