December 15, 2009. cooking. Black Bean and Corn Soup. Tonight my wonderful hubby and I had just finished our first round of P90X and I needed to make a quick and healthy dinner. I decided to go with a black bean and corn soup. I rummaged through my pantry and discovered that I also had lots of cans of tomatoes so I decided to add those. It was super easy, quick, and delicious. Black Bean and Corn Soup. 2 (16 oz.) cans of black beans, drained and rinsed. 1 box of vegetable stock. Salt and pepper to taste.

Wednesday, April 24, 2013. And the answer is. How exciting is that? We are thrilled and can't wait to fly Saturday morning. Finn's co-founder and sales exec will be joining us Sunday and we'll all spend a week there. I can't believe it. Also, tomorrow is my birthday so this surprise adventure came at quite the opportune time. It's funny that the same thing kind of happened last year.
