Keeping Our House Afloat. Thursday, February 25, 2010. We went to this awesome retaining pond in mount prospect to go sledding with some friends. We let Addie go down with her friend "red". It was hilarious, as soon as they took off she feel back onto his lap and he had to steer and guide the sled down, there was a group of people at the bottom and he totally managed to avoid them! Sunday, May 1, 2011. Getting the ball rolling. Well, it all begins tomorrow morning at 6am on the soccer field. Oh baby. I moved in with my host family in Charlotte last Wednesday and I absolutely love them. I don't think I could have been placed with a more perfect family for me. It's a great fit here and I feel right at home. They are truly awesome. Plus, I get my own little brother and sister for the summer! But tomorrow we get the ball rolling. literally. 6am, bright and early! That'll do for now.
