SHINING THROUGH: November 2006
http://ericalifeinlondon.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 30, 2006. Continuing from My Story in London so far.Part 2. Also good, I must admit, was the feeling of being powerful and to walk in a five star hotel in Kensington and just be a queen for a night. And did I tip? I tipped like there was no tomorrow. Money meant nothing to me, ironically. Change in my pocket would just fly into waiters and chambermaids hands. There was no stopping me. The end was like crashing back to earth after a journey to the moon. Life went on and I ended up with ...

SHINING THROUGH: December 2006
http://ericalifeinlondon.blogspot.com/2006_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 14, 2006. Taking a break from writing about my past, I am getting ready for the Xmas road trip we will take in a few days. We will travel from London to Marseille, driving through all of France and then we will get on a ferry straight to Rome. It will be 14 hours on the ferry! But it will be by night, 6pm to 9.30am, so not too bad, as I will be sleeping 10 hours of those. Also, this here below is the car we will be travelling with - so it will be great fun! We just bought it in Septemb...

Life and How to Live it. If to her share some female errors fall, Look on her face, and you'll forget them all. – Alexander Pope. Wednesday, November 15, 2006. If someone told you right now that you could have Tabula Rasa and wipe your entire slate clean and then create the life of your choosing – what would you choose? Now really think about this one. Most of us are programmed to choose based upon what we “should” want or what we “think we can get.”. Triumph over ego and you win everything. So here we h...

SHINING THROUGH: October 2007
http://ericalifeinlondon.blogspot.com/2007_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 22, 2007. She is healthy, active and looks beautiful! Sorry for the delay in announcing the news, I was away to see my family in Italy straight after. We are over the moon that everything looks as it should be and she is growing perfectly. Getting a little nervous about it, but I try not to worry too much, as billions of women have been through it and I am sure I will cope somehow. And at the end of the pain, there will be so much joy that no words can describe. Tuesday, October 09, 2007.

SHINING THROUGH: Pain and joy
http://ericalifeinlondon.blogspot.com/2007/10/pain-and-joy.html
Tuesday, October 09, 2007. Unfortunately there has been some trouble as I have been having a horrible time with my teeth and gums. I have had an ongoing infection since few weeks ago and a wisdom tooth that needs to come out, but the dentist wants to wait after the pregnancy to do the extraction. I had to do it as they said the infection is worse for both of us, but it has been an agonizing time. I will update you on Thursday! Boy or girl, your baby will be so lucky and very loved. Thoughts in a Nutshell.

Friday, October 17, 2008. I generally don't talk politics, because it gets heated and I've seen way too many Dr. Jekyll/ Mr. Hyde moments to willingly walk into it but after reading this. I am all fired up (in a good way). This is the first week I have actually started to voice my opinion. My take on voting and family/ friends is that I don't mind who you vote for as long as you have very. I'm sure more of this will leak out in the future but these times.they are crazy!
