Briant and Clyda Teichert Family. Sunday, August 8, 2010. My summer has been so full! Since the start of May I've had it all planned out and it's just been go, go, go, but it's also been a ton of fun! I started it out the night of graduation and headed to Washington D.C! It was so much fun. My whole class went and we had a blast! If you haven't been you should definitely go. Not only did I learn a ton, but I gained a greater appreciation for our country and all of those who have fought for our freedom.

Monday, August 19, 2013. The beach is most definitely the highlight of living where we do. We spend lots of short afternoon trips playing in the surf, trips to Kahana Bay so the kids can fish at the little river area and most recently Louis has started surfing. A few times a year we get a super low tide and you can walk way out on the reef at Hauula Beach Park and find tons of cool and slimy creatures. Its one of the kids favorite things to do when the tides align with Dad being home from work.

Wednesday, May 9, 2012. A few weeks ago, Louis brought home some caterpillars from his cousins house to feed and watch turn into butterflies. This was significant because we’d never done this before AND because did you know my sister in law actually calls me and offers to watch my kids while I do shopping in town? It’s like Christmas every 3-4 weeks! My kids are sprouting into little people before my eyes. They run around like little hooligans together and Pearl never wants to be left out of anything.
