Rachel Leingang | Multimedia journalist. Investigator.
Multimedia journalist. Investigator. I’m a current Phoenix resident and North Dakota native who loves the Midwest, talking, reading, thinking, being and doing. Right now, I’m a Masters in Mass Communications student at the Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University. My career in journalism so far helped me develop investigative reporting skills, multimedia know-how and a keen sense of what makes a good story. Most importantly, I’m not content to settle for what’s been done before.

Rachelle in Paris
Last week Anders and I went to Barcelona for a few days. And had a wonderful time. The beach vibe and good weather was very much needed indeed. I forgot how laid-back and friendly people are in beach towns. The food was great and healthy, the art psychedelic and visually stunning ,the drinks refreshing, and dancing all night. The Spaniards know how to have a good time! Said we were going to Spain I of course appreciated the gesture and the intent (it was my birthday gift! I think Barcelona is definitely ...

Herstory: Colours Of Life
Herstory: Colours Of Life. Memories or thoughts shared. It's common for people to describe me nicely as, "not like anyone else I know". I have come to happily agree to being a 'freak', hard to describe, or just different. Imperfection, I see it as something beautiful and honest. I love what I have become, and have faith in how I will be. You choose the colours of your life. Dream. Explore. Discover. Sunday, January 11, 2009. Never Again. The Cost Was Too Much. It's My Life/Confessions
Tuesday, December 14, 2010. I know that its been a while and such, but I've been reading again and therefore thinking. How many people never get to have a solid roof over their head and sturdy walls around them, let alone indoor plumbing, furniture, electricity, heating, multiple computers, an iPod, internet, microfiber pajama pants that they never have to wear for anything other than sleeping in a soft and squishy, warm, clean bed? Wednesday, April 14, 2010. Opaque-Dining In The Dark. What if we all pit...
