LeBlanc LeBlog: Elk, Cherry Pie & Soccer
http://leblancleblog1.blogspot.com/2015/04/elk-cherry-pie-soccer.html
Tuesday, April 28, 2015. Elk, Cherry Pie and Soccer. This place amazes me every day. On the way home last week this happened:. Right next to the road. Yes, I pulled over like a tourist and took a photo, but wow, who gets to see an elk herd this close up? They might look like gentle giants but somebody's dog was actually attacked by one of them at a nearby lake yesterday, so I'll be keeping our Molly on a short leash when I'm up there! We rewarded ourselves afterwards at Twede's Cafe. For our parking....

vegan like a boss: July 2012
http://iheartmpls.blogspot.com/2012_07_01_archive.html
Vegan like a boss. Living in Minneapolis and traveling the world. Sit down. Have some grapes. Tonight I'm taking you once again to the fancy-pants land of Edina, where the streets are paved with gold and every child is going to be in the 2020 Olympics. All those hockey moms need fancy-pants sushi. Thus, Raku. 3939 50th St W, Ste 101. Edina, MN 55424. And the miso broth, all salty and warm? True, it is just miso. But it's good miso. My Avocado Roll for $4.50 tasted just the way it should. The avoc...I fin...

http://www.northlowell.com/2015/05/places-seattle-rachels-ginger-beer.html
Places (seattle): Rachel's Ginger Beer. Now that it's almost the summer I wish I were in Seattle to have a cup of ginger beer. Rachel's Ginger Beer doesn't provide the average ginger beer you might be used to from the grocery store, but uses fresh ingredients to pack a wallop in your mouth. (That's literally the best way for me to describe it.). 1530 Post Alley, Seattle, Washington. Posted by North Lowell. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Hi, I'm Sarah. Thanks for stopping by.

One Hungry Soul: December 2012
http://onehungrysoul.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 5, 2012. Seattle Spots in Good Company. Before I completely open the subject of holiday cookies, puddings, and pies, though, my mind is still on a few memorable restaurant experiences shared with a friend just a month ago. We hit our favorite spots, discovered one new one on our way back down to Seattle at the end of her visit, and garnered a lovely collection of photographs and memories our palates will remember for years to come. An early lunch at 11:30am at Oddfellow's Cafe. By the...
