It's a part and parcel of life. The issue of grieving. I believe that grieving isn’t just a chapter in life, it’s an ongoing process that one has to experience. No one can stop grieving. We just have some days where things are better and more optimistic about life, and others, not so well. What we have to do is to learn how to cope with the grief, and to have healthy outlets to grieve. We also have to recognize that we shouldn’t feel guilty moving on with life.
