The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is a Provincial Service and falls under the Ontario Public Service Act. It is also governed by the Police Services Act. In the past and present many officers have filed Applications against the OPP before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario outlining many blatant violations of the Ontario Human Rights Code.
