Saturday, June 27, 2009. 花生米给薄薄的喷上一层油，撒上盐，放到烤箱里，200F，烤十几分钟到二十分钟的样子或者烤到呈金黄色，晾凉后花生米就很酥脆了。油炸花生米是最容易不过的了。若说有难度，就是需要一点点耐心。我是用微波炉版的。将花生米盛在微波炉用的容器中，玻璃质地的好些。除了个人感觉上的原因，透明的玻璃还令监测容易。花生米上略浇食用油，少量，翻搅以后能够均匀沾遍花生表面即可。放入微波炉，先叮咚一分钟 (如果你的花生米量很少，可酌情减至三十秒起。)。取出容器，搅拌，检查成熟度，再放回叮咚四十五秒。重复搅拌，检查，叮咚步骤，但每次时间依次递减，越接近熟，时间越要短，千万别心急。常常多个十秒五秒，就糊了，前功尽弃。 Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Wednesday, December 7, 2011. 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes. Cook sweet potatoes and drain and mash. To potatoes add sugar, eggs, butter, milk, vanilla. Stiir until well blended. Put in buttered casserole dish. Top with topping then bake at 350 degF for 25-30 min. 1 cup light brown sugar, 1 cup chopped pecan, 1/3 cup flour, 1/3 cup softened butter or margarine.
